McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Tatiana Alexander has joined the firm’s Dallas, Texas office. Ms. Alexander is an Associate in the commercial litigation section of the firm. The national law firm now has thirty-two attorneys practicing in Texas, with seventeen in Dallas and fifteen in Houston.

Ms. Alexander represents clients in consumer financial services litigation and general commercial litigation. She has more than six years of experience serving the financial services industry, both in private practice and in-house, in litigation involving wrongful foreclosures, debt collection, real estate issues, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.

Ms. Alexander received her Juris Doctor degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2006 and a Master of Laws degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, where she graduated cum laude in 2002.
