Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Layne A. Deutscher in the Dallas office of Munsch Hardt as a senior attorney.

Prior to joining Munsch, Layne Deutscher was a co-founder and managing partner of Anvil Investments, LLC, a private investment partnership focused on the technology services and manufacturing sectors. Before his tenure at Anvil, Deutscher headed up Corporate Development and was Associate General Counsel for Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., now a Xerox company. Layne initially practiced law as a member of the Corporate Securities section of Haynes and Boone. A graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Deutscher obtained his law degree from the University of Texas.

Layne advises both private and public acquirers and targets on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and strategic investments, spin offs and split ups, securities offerings and other capital raising transactions. He also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating Outsourcing Agreements, Payments Processing Agreements and software licensing agreements.
