Jackson Walker is pleased to welcome new attorney Matthew Galbraith. Mr. Galbraith joins the Energy group in the Houston Office.
Mr. Galbraith focuses his practice on energy and corporate transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures of upstream and midstream oil and gas assets, mergers and acquisitions of public and private entities, joint ventures, private equity investments, and general corporate governance and contract matters.
Mr. Galbraith received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
