Jackson Walker is pleased to welcome new attorney Christopher Rosa. Mr. Rosa joins the Corporate & Securities group in the Dallas Office.
Christopher Rosa focuses his practice on advising clients on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Rosa also advises clients on entity formation, corporate governance, reorganizations and offerings of securities. His clients have ranged from newly formed entities to public companies with market capitalization in the hundreds of billions of dollars.
Mr. Rosa received his A.B. from Lafayette College and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School.
