Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that noted Houston attorney J. Todd Culwell has returned to the firm as a Partner, focusing on various types of transactions in the energy industry.

Mr. Culwell represents energy clients in a variety of finance and transactional matters, including the development, financing and acquisition of energy infrastructure projects around the world, as well as in oil and gas acquisitions, divestitures and financings. He also represents financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of corporate financing activities.

Mr. Culwell previously served as a Partner in Andrews Kurth’s Houston office, and most recently was a Partner in the Business & Finance and Energy Transactions groups at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law after securing his undergraduate degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
