Porter Hedges LLP announced today that the firm represented Sequitur Energy Resources LLC (“Sequitur”) in its private equity capitalization, its credit facility, and the closing of its recent oil and gas transaction. Sequitur is engaged in acquiring and developing oil and gas assets in the continental United States.
