A team of Akin Gump attorneys advised oilfield services company Great White Energy Services in its recent $742 million sale to Archer Limited, a global oilfield service company specializing in drilling services and well services. The deal was announced on August 1, 2011 and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2011.
