Mark Matthews joined Baker Donelson as a partner.  The attorney brings years of experience in energy transactions.  He is a graduate of the South Texas College of Law and joins from Haynes & Boone.

Ahmad Zavitsanos announced the hiring of attorneys Megan Bibb and Kyril Talanov.  Bibb is a commercial litigator who focuses on the energy industry.   She graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.  Talanov joins the intellectual property group and will focus on patent litigation.  He is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and hold a B.S. in chemical engineering from Texas Tech.
