Jackson Walker L.L.P. successfully represented Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) in entering into a five-year, $750 million unsecured credit facility with a group of banks led by Bank of America. The credit agreement was dated March 12, 2015.
Dallas-based Brinker International is one of the world’s leading casual dining restaurant companies, with more than 1,600 restaurants and over 100,000 team members in 33 countries and two territories.
Brinker International was represented by a Jackson Walker team led by Byron Egan and including Jim Griffin, Ron Kerridge, Colter Harris, Mike Laussade, and Dave Player. The successful transaction demonstrates the strength of Jackson Walker’s Corporate & Securities practice group, which includes particular experience representing Public Companies in a wide range of legal matters.
